A Torquay homeowner needed safer vehicle access and a smoother connection between the road and driveway.
Before work started, the relevant permissions and construction requirements were confirmed. The team protected the working area and removed the existing kerbs and affected pavement sections. They installed flush crossover kerbs and suitable transition units at each end. Next, Vectorscape prepared the driveway entrance using compacted aggregate and carefully controlled levels.
Fresh tarmac created a strong, consistent surface from the crossover into the parking area. Attention to surface falls helped prevent water from flowing onto the public highway. The team compacted the surface, inspected every joint and left the pavement clean and accessible.
The finished entrance now provides convenient off-road access with a neat, professional appearance.
